Packaging, shipping, and inventory
We help you get your media to us safely. Our team walks you through packaging and arranges secure, climate-controlled transport, so fragile originals are handled correctly from the moment they leave your shelves.
On arrival, we perform a full inventory of every item and capture the information written on tape and case labels. That capture becomes structured metadata in your database, so a shorthand label turns into fields your team can search.
Formats we handle
- Video: 2”, 1”, U-matic, Betacam (SP/Digital), DVCPRO, and more.
- Film: 35mm, 16mm, and 8mm scanning at 2K, 4K, and 6K resolution with ultrasonic cleaning and physical repair.
- Audio: ¼” reels, DAT, Cassettes, and specialized legacy formats.
Quality Control
Signal monitoring and QC on every asset. Technical restoration for vinegar syndrome, tape mold, and physical damage. Delivery in preservation wrappers such as MXF, MOV, or DPX, with checksum verification against the source.
Automated ingest & activation
Files route into the Veritone Data Refinery as they are created. Then our aiWARE platform will generate time-correlated metadata for faces, logos, speech, and objects, so the material is searchable as it comes online rather than after a second pass.
Licensing & access
Your digitized and indexed content flows directly into your Digital Media Hub. From there, you can easily set licensing terms to sell clips, or manage access permissions for broadcast partners via your custom branded web portal.
